On Sunday, July 22 resources were dispatched to 1083 Davistown Rd. for a reported dwelling fire with people trapped. 6201 arrived and confirmed all occupants had exited the residence and were accounted for. Engine 88 arrived and went into service with a 1 3/4″ line on the exterior, while Engine 861 and Squad 62 went into service a second line on the interior. As additional units arrived, a third line was placed into service. Crews brought the fire under control in less than 30 minutes, but continued to perform overhaul for almost 90 more minutes. In all, companies from Blackwood, Chews Landing, Erial, Blenheim, Glendora, Pine Hill, Runnemede, and Deptford responded.
